All pricing is subject to change and is not guaranteed until written in the contract. Gratuity, service charge, and taxes are included.

 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date.

There is a mandatory damage deposit of $200 required (separate from the rental fee) that will be returned to the customer three days after the event.

 If customers, guests or vendors have not abused or caused damages to the structure during the event.
